Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on weekends but NOT on holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to COVID however please feel free to email us if you are concerned.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

You Are Unapologetic ships to addresses within the U.S., PO Boxes within the U.S, and Canada.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. When checking at your tracking status please allow 24 hours for the status of your order to be updated.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

You Are Unapologetic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



You Are Unapologetic is not liable for any lost products during shipping. If you believe your order is lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your order is damage you have 14 days from the day you purchased the order to contact If you do not contact the damaged items then the order cannot be resent to customer. If it has been decided or proven through shipment and the carrier that the product was NOT damaged in delivery the customer will NOT be able to receive a replacement item.   

Please save all packaging materials, information and damaged goods before filing a claim or contacting support.


International Shipping Policy

Currently we are ONLY shipping orders to U.S., PO Boxes within the U.S or Canada. We are NOT shipping orders out to others countries. We will soon have that availability to ship to other countries be sure to follow us on Instagram ur_unapologetic for updates on this matter.
